What If I am not happy with my order? / What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know before leaving feedback. The return address is stated on the slip in your package to return the package. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase only.

We currently ship to UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. We are aiming to ship to more location in the future. If your location isn't on the list, please contact us and we can try our best to facilitate you!
When will I get my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Minimum delivery time is around 3 working days. For full shipping details, please add your item(s) to your basket and check out with your address to estimate delivery times. All our packages are tracked.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
